DEPOSITS
Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. the booking fee will be deducted from your remaining balance and is accepted via card or cash only.
LATE ARRIVALS/
NO SHOWS
Please notify me if you are running late. A 10-minute grace period applies. A $10 late fee will be charged after 10 minutes. Appointments over 12 minutes late will be canceled and require a new booking fee to rebook.
NO SHOWS:
no shows will be charged the full remaining amount.

If you need to reschedule, please note that appointments may only be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of booking fee . Changes can be made via your confirmation email.
